I signed up for your email newsletter but didn’t receive the discount code. What should I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you signed up to our email newsletter to receive a new customer discount code, we use a double opt-in process. This means you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Here, you must click the button 'Yes, I want to subscribe'. Once confirmed, your welcome email with the discount code will be sent to you.

If you haven’t received it, there could be a few reasons:

  • It can take a few minutes to arrive, so please allow some time.
  • Check your spam or junk folder in case it’s landed there.
  • If you’re already subscribed to our emails, you may not be eligible for the new customer offer.
