You can update your subscription plan by adjusting quantities, changing your delivery schedule, or skipping a shipment - all easily managed in your account.
Please note that a minimum commitment of two subscription orders is required before cancellation. However, you can pause your subscription or remove items at any time.
If you’d like to cancel, simply email us at [email protected] or call our customer service team at 0208 543 3544 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, excluding Bank Holidays).
